Bank Hapoalim chose to partner with ALEH Negev by promoting its Rehabilitative Vocational Training Program through a generous contribution of NIS 250,000. To see full story Click Here.

Bank Hapoalim has also lent its support to the “Small Change Makes a Big Difference” project.

In a unique project to benefit the children of ALEH, El Al began a campaign in October 2005 called “Small Change Makes a Big Difference.”

On El Al flights returning to Israel, an envelope in the pocket seat of each passenger requests that people place within it their leftover change in any currency to benefit the children of ALEH. These small coins can make a big difference in the lives of thousands of disabled children.

Bank Hapoalim has also lent its support to this unique project by opening a special account, where all transactions and currency conversions take place free of charge.

The campaign has proven very successful, with thousands of travelers filling the envelopes in a joint effort to help Israel’s disabled children.

We are grateful to El Al for enabling this project to “take off,” and to Bank Hapoalim for its generosity in ensuring the project’s success. A special thank you to all participants for your kindness and support!

Bernard van Leer Foundation


Thanks to funding from the Bernard van Leer families the knowledge and skill sets to ensure their children’s successful development. From infant massage techniques to proper early childhood nutrition; from the development of communication and motor skills during play to coping with ADHD and other challenges at home and school; the workshops promote awareness and understanding among the religious community of Bnei Brak.

Eleos Home Trust  – New Zealand

Through the generous support of the Eleos Home Trust, the new residential medical clinic currently under construction at ALEH Negev-Nahalat Eran is being established.

Parasol Foundation Trust


The Parasol Foundation Trust, in partnership with ALEH, has helped build the ALEH Jerusalem High-Dependency Wing, a pioneering hospital that enables disabled children with complex medical conditions to live in a warm, loving, rehabilitative environment.  The High-Dependency Wing opened in May 2010, in the presence of  Shimon Peres.  The Trust also dedicated the Paramedical Wing of the facility’s new Special Education School, which opened in 2012.

Dorset Fundacion


Dorset Fundacion and ALEH have partnered together to create an exciting Activity Room for Moriah’s disabled young adults. The room provides the teenagers with age-appropriate activity and fun while promoting independence in a positive social setting.

Dorset Fundacion’s generous grants in the past have helped build the Young Adult Wing in ALEH Jerusalem and the exercise gym for Bnei Brak’s special needs children.

The Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation

The commitment of the Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation to help vulnerable individuals realize their potential has led to its partnership with ALEH, impacting significantly on the quality of life of countless Israeli children and young adults with severe disabilities.

The establishment of ALEH Negev is due in large part to the Safra Foundation. In generous support of ALEH, they have co-financed the construction of the hospital, paramedical center, logistics center, and hydrotherapy pool at ALEH’s southern facility. In addition, the Foundation has aided in the establishment of  ALEH Jerusalem’s hospital wing and the purchase of a state-of the-art ambulance.

Glencore Foundation


The generous grant given by the Glencore Foundation provides scholarships numerous students from the Negev region who are pursuing undergraduate studies in the paramedical fields. These students receive training and employment at ALEH Negev, which encourages them to settle in the area and contribute to increased economic stability in Israel’s southern region.

Eilat Ashkelon Pipeline Co. Ltd. (EAPC)


The Eilat Ashkelon Pipeline Co. Ltd. (EAPC) donated a generous grant to the ALEH Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitation Village, in support of residents who come from Ashkelon and Eilat. As former EAPC Chairman Amos Yaron remarked at a ceremony held in their offices: “EAPC sees its activities on behalf of the community, and especially on behalf of the vulnerable and handicapped, as part of its obligation to society and humanity.  This contribution is another expression of our partnership with the community around us.”

EL AL Airlines

Jewish Federation of Orange County


The families and children of the Family Philanthropy Venture Fund of Jewish Federation Orange County have helped establish an innovative Activity Wall in ALEH Negev’s Special Education School. They have also helped sponsor ALEH Negev’s Safari Therapy Program, providing hundreds of children with exciting opportunities for stimulation, communication, and positive developmental experiences.



Thanks to a grant of the Symphasis Foundation in Zurich, Switzerland, ALEH Jerusalem provides hydrotherapy treatments for children with disabilities in an off-premises pool.  The physical, therapeutic and emotional benefits of hydrotherapy are essential for the growth and development of this special-needs population.

The Weinberg Foundation


The establishment of the ALEH Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitation Village was made possible largely due to the generous support of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation. The innovative residential facility and assisted-living apartment complex are among the many projects funded by the Foundation.

Jewish National Fund (JNF)


Through its Blueprint Negev initiative, The Jewish National Fund is making a major impact by partnering with ALEH. Together, they are building ALEH Negev! JNF is lending its expertise in developing beautifully landscaped grounds, meticulously planned to stimulate the senses of the residents through the scents of herb and flower gardens.

Keren Hayesod


Keren Hayesod (United Israel Appeal) is a crucial in the establishment of the ALEH Negev –Nahalat Eran Rehabilitation Village, and particularly the pioneering Hospital Wing. In addition, Keren hayesod is a big backer of ALEH Jerusalem’s current expansion campaign. Through their unwavering dedication, hundreds of Israeli children with severe disabilities will receive the specialized care they need.

Logic Industries


Logic Industries has partnered with ALEH Negev of their on-premises hydrotherapy pool. Founded and owned by Mr. Mati Kochavi, Logic Industries provides advanced public safety and security solutions for national resource systems. ALEH Negev reflects its abiding belief in the potential of every individual, no matter the severity of disability, and in society’s responsibility to help them realize their capabilities to the fullest.

ADAMA Agricultural Solutions

Thanks to the generous support of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions (formerly known as the Makhteshim Agan Company), a new classroom was established in the ALEH Negev-Nahalat Eran Hospital Wing. With a kitchen, Gymboree, and special play corners for music, library, doctor and doll fun, the classroom will provide hours of enjoyable play-through-learning, enhancing the motor and cognitive development of children with the severest disabilities and complex medical conditions.

The generous support of the Marc Rich Foundation has enabled ALEH Negev to establish its High Dependency Hospital Wing, replete with two hospital units, a state-of-the-art medical facility and special education department.

Massada Charitable Trust


Thanks to the partnership with the Massada…ALEH Negev has purchased specialized physiotherapy equipment that provides…The Trust’s recent contribution will support the planned expansion of the Vocational Workshops Program…, where residents enjoy challenging and productive work while fulfilling therapy goals.

The Matanel Foundation is a major partner in the establishment of the High Dependency Hospital Wing at ALEH Jerusalem. Through their generous support, children with disabilities and complex medical conditions live in a medically safe environment that offers them everything they need. The PPO Foundation in Switzerland has generously supported the purchase of vital specialized equipment for the residents of ALEH Negev-Nahalat Eran, including a life-saving airway clearance vest, supportive pillows, and a foldable ambulance hoist.  Their contribution will enable the residents to enjoy an enhanced quality of life on a daily basis.

The Rashi Foundation is a leading partner in the establishment of ALEH Negev, managing and co-financing construction of the Hospital Project, the Paramedical Center and the Logistics Center and the establishment of the Rehabilitative Pool. Rashi’s support of ALEH Negev expresses the foundation’s mission to help disadvantaged individuals reach their potential and to strengthen Israel’s periphery.

The Slomo and Cindy Silvian Foundation are generous supporters of professional training programs and the Therapeutic Safari Program at ALEH Negev. Through their partnership, residents and community children achieve motor and sensory goals while developing self-confidence and a positive self-image.

Steimatzky Books


Israel’s largest bookstore chain, Steimatzky actively works on behalf of the community. To promote awareness and support for ALEH children, Steimatzky branches in Ben Gurion International Airport and Yad Vashem sell ALEH Boutique artwork and handicrafts created by ALEH residents in their vocational workshops.



Each year, the Supersol food chain organizes a special collection week where profits are donated to the children of ALEH. During the campaign, customers in all Supersol stores are offered the opportunity to purchase greeting cards designed by the children of ALEH.

In partnership with ALEH, the famous Tamares Hotels, Resorts & Spas has initiated a donations campaign among its many guests and visitors during check-out. A small donation can make a world of difference to the quality of healthcare and wellbeing of our very special children.  The hotel staff’s sensitivity and support of our children is heartwarming!
